Caroline County In-Person Early Voting Information

Caroline County Administration Building Annex, 212 North Main Street, Bowling Green, Virginia 22427

The office is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is also open Saturday, October 25th and November 1st from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for Early Voting.

King George County In-Person Early Voting Information

King George County Registrar's Office, 10459 Courthouse Drive, Suite 102, King George, Virginia 22485

The office is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office is also open Saturday, October 25th and November 1st from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for Early Voting.

Lancaster County In-Person Early Voting Information

Lancaster County Voter Registrar's Temporary Office (Office Trailer), 8311 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster, Virginia  22503

The office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office is also open Saturday, October 25th and November 1st from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for Early Voting.

HOW TO VOTE IN VIRGINIA

Voting is easy and secure, choose the method that works best for you!

Vote by Mail

  • Request your ballot HERE before October 24, 2025.

  • Track your ballot HERE.

  • Return your ballot in the mail postmarked by November 4, 2025 or in person to your local registrar’s office by 7 PM on November 4, 2025.​​

Vote Early In-Person

  • Find your polling location HERE.

  • Vote in-person beginning Friday, September 19th on weekdays (Monday through Friday) or the final two Saturdays before Election Day.

Vote on Election Day

  • Vote in-person on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 between 6 AM and 7 PM.

  • Find your polling location HERE.

  • As long as you are in line by 7 PM you will be able to vote.

Sign Up to Automatically Receive Mail Ballots Every Election

  • Virginia has something called the Permanent Absentee List, which simply means you sign up to receive a mail ballot for each election without needing to submit a new application every year. 

  • It makes voting easy and convenient, and helps make sure you don’t forget to secure your vote.
